CT5000S CNG Filling Nozzle – NGV2 Heavy-Duty Fast-Fill

The CT5000S CNG filling nozzle is designed for heavy-duty fast-fill applications involving compressed natural gas (CNG) and biomethane vehicles. Built for demanding fleet environments, it is suited for fueling buses, trucks and other heavy-duty natural gas vehicles where high flow performance and robust construction are essential.

The nozzle features a durable brass body with stainless steel jaws and is engineered for repeated use in public and private fueling stations. Its single-action 180° handle operation provides secure engagement with the vehicle receptacle and reliable control of the fueling process.

For improved safety and station performance, the CT5000S includes a directed vent system that routes vented gas away from the point of disconnection. This helps reduce gas release, noise and odor during use while supporting safer heavy-duty fueling operations.
