More than products and delivery
CO2 Transfer CCS/CCU includes more than products and delivery. It also includes service, support and technical follow-up. The aim is to support stable operation, high safety and a solution that works efficiently over time.
Service and flexibility
Service agreements
Service agreements are tailored to the specific solution and current operating conditions. The focus is on keeping safety at the highest level and avoiding or minimising downtime as much as possible.
By entering into a service agreement, relevant spare parts and replacement hoses are also kept available, so operation can be restored quickly and efficiently.
The service agreement can also include inspection, spare parts packages and scheduled follow-up, so the solution can be kept operation-ready with minimal disruption to daily operation.
Fast service and high flexibility
Service is performed at our workshop in Denmark. This provides short lead times, high flexibility and a strong foundation for fast handling when there is a need for repair, replacement or follow-up.
Function testing, recertification and fast delivery of original spare parts are available. This provides a strong foundation for documented operation, safe handling and rapid restoration when critical components need to be serviced or replaced.
Technical support and on-site supervision
Technical support is available in connection with operation, assessment and clarification of the specific solution. Local support in the relevant language is also available, which makes dialogue, clarification and follow-up easier in daily operation.
It is also possible to request a supervisor on site, where the system, safety and overall solution are reviewed as part of the technical follow-up.
An overall agreement can also include operator manuals, training material and emergency response plans. This strengthens operational integration and provides a better foundation for safe and consistent handling in practice.
Capabilities and overall agreement
HAZOP, risk assessment and regulatory handling
HAZOP, risk assessment and regulatory handling can form part of an overall agreement. This provides a stronger foundation for safe operation, documentation and handling of the requirements that come with facilities where CO2 is handled under pressure and under demanding operating conditions.
Design and dimensioning
Design and dimensioning of loading and unloading zones for trucks and trailers are also available. This provides a stronger foundation for safe operation, efficient workflow and a solution adapted to the specific conditions around the facility and transport.
Upgrades and adaptation
When needs change, the solution can be upgraded or adapted to current requirements for operation, safety and function. This makes it possible to develop the solution further without compromising stability and operational reliability.
Testing, recertification and spare parts
Function testing, recertification and fast delivery of original spare parts are offered. This provides a strong foundation for documented operation and rapid restoration when critical components need to be serviced or replaced.
