The CT1000P36S CNG filling nozzle is engineered for reliable high-pressure refueling of compressed natural gas (CNG) and biomethane vehicles. Designed for modern fast-fill stations, the nozzle supports safe and efficient fueling of passenger vehicles, vans, light trucks and shuttle buses.
The nozzle features a robust brass body combined with stainless steel jaws to withstand demanding refueling environments. Its ergonomic pistol-grip design allows users to initiate fueling with a simple 180° rotation of the handle, automatically locking the nozzle to the vehicle receptacle and activating the internal fueling valves.
A directed vent system captures the small amount of gas released during disconnection and redirects it through a vent tube, improving safety and reducing gas emissions at the fueling point. The nozzle connects directly to the dispenser hose without the need for an external three-way valve.
The CT1000P36S complies with NGV1 and ISO 14469 Type 1 standards and is designed for 250 bar fueling systems, making it suitable for high-pressure CNG and biomethane infrastructure across Europe and international markets.
