CT1000LS CNG Filling Nozzle – NGV1 - 200 bar Self-Service Fueling
CT1000LS CNG Filling Nozzle – NGV1 - 200 bar Self-Service Fueling
The CT1000LS CNG filling nozzle is designed for fast and reliable refueling of compressed natural gas (CNG) and biomethane vehicles at public and private fueling stations. Built for public and private fueling stations, the nozzle enables fast-fill operation and user-friendly self-service fueling for passenger cars, vans, light trucks and shuttle buses.
The CT1000LS features a robust construction with a brass body and stainless steel jaws, ensuring long service life in demanding refueling environments. Its ergonomic pistol-grip design allows operators to initiate fueling with a simple 180° handle rotation, automatically securing the nozzle to the vehicle receptacle and activating the internal fueling valves.
For improved safety and environmental performance, the nozzle includes a directed vent system that captures and redirects vented gas during disconnection. This reduces gas release at the fueling point and minimizes noise and odor during operation.
Designed according to NGV1 and ISO 14469 standards, the CT1000LS is compatible with standard CNG vehicle receptacles and integrates directly with dispenser hoses without the need for a three-way valve.
The result is a dependable fueling interface trusted in CNG and biomethane refueling infrastructure across Europe.
