Twin CNG Fueling Hose Assembly – 3/4" Fill Line + 1/4" Vent Line

The Sherex twin CNG fueling hose assembly with 1/2" fill line and 1/4" vent line is designed for high-capacity compressed natural gas (CNG) and biomethane fueling stations.

Twin hose assemblies combine the main high-pressure fueling hose and the vent line into a single flexible hose system. This configuration simplifies installation and improves handling during vehicle refueling operations.

Sherex hose assemblies are manufactured according to customer specifications and delivered fully assembled, pressure-tested and ready for installation. The hoses feature a conductive inner tube that safely dissipates static electricity and a durable outer cover resistant to abrasion, water and microbiological exposure.

The flexible construction ensures smooth handling while maintaining high resistance to twisting, kinking and mechanical stress in demanding fueling environments.

Sherex twin hose assemblies can be delivered with integrated breakaway couplings, vent line breakaways and fueling nozzles such as CT1000 or CT5000 depending on the fueling system configuration.

Standard hose lengths available: 5 m, 6 m and 7 m for fast delivery.

Custom hose assemblies outside these standard dimensions can be manufactured according to customer specifications and project requirements.
