CC6000 CNG Filling Nozzle – NGV2 Heavy-Duty

The CC6000 CNG filling nozzle is designed for extremely high-flow refueling of heavy-duty compressed natural gas (CNG) and biomethane vehicles. The nozzle is widely used at public and private fueling stations serving transit buses, heavy trucks and large fleet vehicles.

Engineered for demanding fast-fill applications, the CC6000 features a robust stainless-steel construction with stainless-steel jaws and specialized high-pressure seals. Its ergonomic tool-grip design provides secure handling and smooth connection during frequent fueling operations.

The nozzle uses push-on / pull-off operation and remains securely connected to the vehicle receptacle until the system is fully depressurized. This ensures safe disconnection and reliable operation in high-cycle fleet fueling environments.

Designed as a Type 2 NGV fueling nozzle, the CC6000 is typically used together with CL50, CR50 or CM50 heavy-duty receptacles and requires a secondary flow control valve that vents either the nozzle or the nozzle and hose during disconnect.

With its extremely high flow capability, the CC6000 is widely deployed in CNG and biomethane fueling infrastructure serving large commercial vehicle fleets worldwide.
